The most important thing when buying a second hand car is being able to trust who you are buying from. I chose Wednesbury Car Sales specifically because of their good reviews and I was not disappointed. There were a few minor issues with the car but these were all sorted without question. Communication was perfect throughout and I am delighted with my car. I would recommend this dealer without hesitation.

Friendly and flexible experience when viewing and test driving the car. The dealer was informative and answered all of our questions. Car was available to collect within a couple of days and with a years MOT. Sale was quick and without any hassle. Not 5 stars we requested that the car would have a full service before collection which was agreed as it came with no service history, so we gave a deposit, but this was not done as the mechanic 'didn't think it was necessary'. Not entirely sure how true this is as oil was below minimum on inspection. As we drove from afar to collect the car and the dealer agreed to take a small amount of money off, we decided to take it anyway but this was disappointing especially as it was agreed prior to the sale. Additionally, we were told the car would be fully cleaned for collection, but this was not done as it was raining. Would recommend the dealer, but would be mindful of things like this when paying a deposit.
